Hi there! I’m Matthew Harrington – a learning technologist with a severe writing problem. My passion is helping companies and clients solve their problems with the right technology, used in the right way. That’s why I founded Delta Rook Consulting Ltd., my own little consulting company, based in the UK.

Learning Technology Consulting

Just knowing about technology isn’t enough to know how you teach with it effectively, and knowing how to teach doesn’t help if you can’t figure out how to use the technology. It’s fine to need a little help, it’s 2024 – technology is growing at a ridiculous speed, and teaching practices are evolving almost daily.

That’s where I come in. I’ve got over a decade of experience in working with learning technology. I’ve written courses, worked with course authors and subject-matter experts, and even assisted in the development of effective learning tools. I’m the dabbler in the middle, and that makes me uniquely qualified to translate between those differing disciplines.

I’m here to end your frustration with learning technology, and to help guide your learners to success.

Product Management

My skills don’t end in the domain of learning technology, and I’ve spent years working to communicate complex technical details to a mass market audience, as well as interpreting usage data, guiding development and shaping products to become the best they can be.

Product Management is one of the most important roles for productising and packaging your software, and I’m here to help you to gift-wrap your product for your users.

If I can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. My rates are reasonable, with discounted rates available for non-profit and socially responsible organisations.
